Our Cancellation Policy
  • A minimum of 24h notice to cancel or change appointments is required. If the required amount of notice is not provided  – 50% payment of the treatment is expected. No-Shows without any information – total amount is required. This policy respects both our time.
  • Last arrival: your appointment time is reserved for you. If you arrive late your appointment will still end at the prearranged time and the full fee will be charged.
  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment time and it will be added to your payment. You are asked to send deposit WITHIN 24h. Without deposit your appointment will be canceled.
  • I do not offer refunds. If any issues arise with your lash extensions, please contact me within 48h and I’ll be able to do a free touch-up within 2 business days.
  • Foreign fills are accepted on case-by-case basis.
  • If I don’t feel I can work over your current set (damaged natural lashes, stickies etc.), I will recommend removal and a new set. If that day you or I don’t have time for the new set, we can reschedule your appointment.  The deposit will be transferred for that appointment. The deposit is non refundable  if you decided not to reschedule your appointment
