Cancellation

A minimum of 24h notice to cancel or change appointments is required. If the required amount of notice is not provided – 50% payment of the treatment is expected. No shows without any information – full amount is required. This policy respects both our time.

Late arrival: your appointment time is reserved for you. If you arrive late your appointment will still end at the prearranged time and the full fee will be charged.

I do not offer refunds. If any issues arise with your lash extensions, please contact me within 48h and I’ll be able do to for you free touch up within 2 business days.

Foreign fills are accepted on case by case basis. If I don’t feel like I can work over you current set (damage natural lashes, stickies etc.), I will recommended removal and new set.

Deposit $35 is required if appointment is booked 1 day before appointment time or in less that 24h (etransfer marska.karolina@gmail.com. The deposit is non-refundable if canceled in less 12h.

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment time and it will be added to your payment. You are asked to send deposit WITHIN 24h. Without deposit your appointment will be canceled.
  • I do not offer refunds. If any issues arise with your lash extensions, please contact me within 48h and I’ll be able to do a free touch-up within 2 business days.

  • If I don’t feel I can work over your current set (damaged natural lashes, stickies etc.), I will recommend removal and a new set. If that day you or I don’t have time for the new set, we can reschedule your appointment.  The deposit will be transferred for that appointment. The deposit is non refundable  if you decided not to reschedule your appointment
